Recently, the Shandong quality inspection Bureau found some consumer goods, including tissue paper, nappies (sheet, pad), with fibre wadding, toys, plastic shopping bags, carpets, and a storage-type electric water heater, which do not conform to one or more of the following tests: transverse tensile index, longitudinal wet tensile strength, permeability etc. the failure rate was found to be about 7.6%.
